WOW Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Representative to become an integral part of a renowned global organisation situated in Sydney. As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll be a key player in the sales team, engaging with customers, pursuing leads, and expanding your customer base. About You
- 1 - 2 years in Outbound Sales, Inside Sales or Account Management would be ideal.
- Previous experience in B2B would be ideal.
- Experience working with products.
- Proactive in delivering top-tier customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with CRM systems.
The Role
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow leads, and support customers.
- Cultivate customer relationships, both current and potential.
- Ensure precise customer data in CRM system.
- Oversee sales cycle for existing accounts.
- Support post-sales needs of customers.
- Provide outstanding support to customers.
- Innovate in existing client relations, identify growth avenues.
