- Tewantin Location – Work Close to Home!
- Monday to Friday (8:45am – 5:00pm)

Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, ensuring timely and customer-focused responses to inquiries.
- Prepare and provide statistical data analysis for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Supervise Rates Officers and provide training as needed.
- Continuously monitor and improve systems and procedures, participating in branch projects.
- Assist Revenue Manager in various areas including levying and collecting rates, maintaining property database, administering sundry debtor system, coordinating debt recovery, and processing agency payments.
- Current “C” Class Driver’s Licence.
- Cert IV in Business Administration/ Local Government or other relevant disciplines
- or extensive equivalent experience
- Willing to undergo pre-employment checks.
