• Tewantin Location – Work Close to Home!
• Monday to Friday (8:45am – 5:00pm)

A Day in The Life
Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, ensuring timely and customer-focused responses to inquiries.
• Prepare and provide statistical data analysis for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Supervise Rates Officers and provide training as needed.
• Continuously monitor and improve systems and procedures, participating in branch projects.
• Assist Revenue Manager in various areas including levying and collecting rates, maintaining property database, administering sundry debtor system, coordinating debt recovery, and processing agency payments.

The Ideal Candidate

• Current “C” Class Driver’s Licence.
• Cert IV in Business Administration/ Local Government or other relevant disciplines
• or extensive equivalent experience
• Willing to undergo pre-employment checks.
