- Join the Inks & Materials team
- Permanent, full time
- Based in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne
- Work on existing and new formulations
- Actively engage in and contribute to the ideation process, from initial concept to final implementation
- Perform design of experimental testing and trials for the implementation of new technologies/products
- Support the delivery of multiple projects on time, to quality and to budget
- Contribute to the development of project plans and communicate key developments
- Assist in the preparation of gate review materials
- Liaise with key stakeholders
- Provide manufacturing improvements and technical support
- Support the registration of IP under the guidance of the R&D Manager
- Post-graduate qualification in Chemistry/Materials Science (most preferred PhD)
- Experience working in a R&D environment
- Previous working experience in a paint or chemical manufacturing environment would be highly regarded
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent team collaboration and time management
- Excellent step into industry for new PhD graduates!
