About TSI and the Role:
TSI Pharmaceuticals is a leading supplier of solid dose complementary medicines to many of Australia’s most popular vitamin, mineral and herbal supplement brands. At our TGA licensed manufacturing site at Eagle Farm, we package and label products, and coordinate the launch of new products to our customers.
This new role is reporting to and supporting our NPI (New Product Introduction) Coordinator to achieve the timely launch of new and improved products to our customers.
As the R&D - Technical Services Officer, you will:
- Support the new product launch process with timely production, checking and approval of required specifications, supporting documentation and artwork in line with customer, GMP and product requirements.
- Use our Project Management database and associated tracking systems to plan, track and document the processes to support the launch of products to the agreed dates.
- Work closely with the local and international TSI teams to ensure the documentation, samples and data for product launches are supplied, reviewed and completed to the agreed schedule.
- Work closely with customers, sponsors, and Sales Account Managers to ensure the details required for the product documentation and labelling are complete and supplied for product launch.
- Assist in sample management, receipt, storage and sending, for all NPI projects.
- Assist in the preparation, application and maintenance of Import Permits and generation and maintenance of ERP item codes.
- Assist in other tasks related to new product introduction and contribute to system improvements wherever possible.
What will you bring to TSI?
- A Diploma or Degree in Science or Food Science or related scientific discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a GMP operational environment including preferred experience of quality systems in a highly regulated industry – Pharmaceutical or Food.
- An understanding of GMP principles and other relevant TGA regulations applicable to Therapeutic Goods and Foods.
- Problem solving abilities, to gather facts, facilitate stakeholder review and present pragmatic solutions in a timely manner.
- Change and risk management skills associated with Therapeutic Goods and Food products and their associated regulatory requirements.
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, database use and ERP systems use.
- A positive and approachable attitude, with a customer focus.
- The ability to show an effective and professional mindset in a fast paced, dynamic and diverse environment.
