Cappello & Co Property is seeking a highly organised and motivated Personal Assistant / Sales Associate / Sales Agent to join our dynamic, award winning Real Estate team. This role will support the Principal, and will require the candidate to be currently studying or willing to obtain a Real Estate sales license and hold a valid driver's license.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the day-to-day operations for the Principal, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to sales and client relations. The ability to work some Saturdays and weeknights is a requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the agents' calendars, appointments, and schedules
- Prepare and coordinate documentation for property transactions
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication on behalf of the agents
- Database management
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and listings
- Interact with conveyancers, clients, both buyers and sellers, address inquiries and provide information
- Schedule open inspections, building inspections, bank valuations, and auctions as required
- Support in building and maintaining client relationships
- Assist in the research of potential properties for buyers
- Help create property listings and market analysis reports
- Attend open inspections, auctions, and photoshoots as required
- Telemarketing, lead generation, and prospecting
Qualifications:
- Currently holding or willing to obtain a Real Estate sales license
- Valid New South Wales driver's license and reliable transportation
