The Position:
- Check sales contracts to ensure all paperwork is present and current.
- Process sales from exchange through to settlement, including processing rescission notices.
- Liaise with Solicitors and Conveyancers, including confirming settlement date and orders.
- Liaise with Vendors and Purchasers
- Receive and process sales advice.
- Verify sales, and customer’s personal information.
- Update data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic filing.
- Ensure all processes are being followed in line with legislation and QLD Fair Trading requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous Real Estate Contracts experience and strong knowledge of QLD contracts essential
- Current Certificate of registration
- Very strong administration & organisation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to manage conflicting deadlines & processes.
- Understanding of the Real Estate sales process
