Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Organise travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Coordinate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organise team-building activities and events
- Attend property inspections and site visits
- Prepare and assemble listing kits for potential clients.
- Organise and deliver settlement gifts for clients

- Real estate industry experience
- VIC Agents Representative Certificate (ESSENTIAL)
- Driver's Licence and your own vehicle (ESSENTIAL)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
