An exciting new role has opened with one of Australia's more established Project & Development Management Consultancy. Conveniently located in Melbourne's CBD, and positioned close to many of its clients, design and building stakeholders, this consultancy is about to get real busy!
The initial requirement is for an Assistant Development Manager to use their 2-3 years of development experience to work alongside and support their Senior Development Manager to contribute to some front end and delivery components of two initial developments, both built-form.
This Assistant Development Manager role will be located at the Melbourne head office, with both developments being only 20mins form the office for easily accessible site visitation as required.
To be successful in your application, you should have experience in:
- using Estate Master for feasibility analysis
- site analysis
- generating monthly sales summaries
- managing consultant appointment
- engaging with various stakeholders at concept and close out stages
- taking PCG meeting minutes
