The Position:
We present an exciting opportunity for a new addition to our expanding team. Whether you are looking to get started in the industry or have prior experience in residential Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in a boutique agency.
- Handling agency administration and property management tasks
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate communication records in PropertyMe
- Assist the team with the day to day duties of a property manager
- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Coordinate and facilitate inspections
- Maintain up to date maintenance records
- Provide excellent communication to all clients

About You
- Current Certificate of Registration & or Full Licence (Or currently studying to attain)
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle to get to and from work
- Experience in Real Estate or a closely related administrative role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Driven and passionate about building a career within the Real Estate industry.
