An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our skilled dynamic team. This role would ideally suit a highly driven and motivated individual with a passion for property management.

Responsibilities include:
- Assist Property Manager to a Senior Property Manager & Leasing Consultant
- Managing and assisting with maintenance requests
- Preparation of leasing and new tenancy documentation
- New tenancy signups
- Liaising with property owners, tenants, and tradesmen
- Conducting onsite property inspections
- Following up tenant references
- Application processing
- Collating the advertising & marketing material
- Administration tasks
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Passion for the real-estate industry
- Minimum 12 months experience in property management
- Confidence & takes initiative
- Demonstrated success in customer service
- Excellent phone manner & communication skills
- Professional approach, honest with a good work ethic
- Efficiency & experience in administration-based tasks
- Good understanding of the property management industry and the willingness to learn
- Drive, enthusiasm & passion to progress the role with the growth of the company
- Current drivers’ license
- Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Proficiency across Microsoft suites and extra bonus if knowledgeable on industry software including Property ME, IRE, Tapi, Inspection Express, Real-works
- High level attention to detail with a very proactive can-do positive attitude
