We have an opportunity for an Outstanding Receptionist to join our boutique Real Estate Agency in Balmain. As the face of our company the ideal candidate will be immaculately presented, have a positive outlook and an attitude of ownership toward the role.
Our office is looking for someone who has great attention to detail, great communication skills and is self motivated.
You will require the following attributes to be successful in this position:

As part of our support team, you will be joining our existing office administration team – so you’ll have a wealth of knowledge to lean into.
Some of the tasks within the role include:
- Handling of incoming telephone calls
- Processing of outgoing mail
- Accurate data entry
- Collating and assigning of agency marketing
- Assist Sales Team as required
- Assist Property Management Team as required
- General office tasks as required
This is a full-time position – Monday to Friday.
The right person will be located in the Inner West.
