Knight Frank Central Coast, the Central Coast's leading Commercial Real Estate agency, is seeking the services of a Receptionist/ Property Management Support person to assist our busy team as well as being the face and voice of our office.
You may be a Junior looking to make your start in Real Estate OR we are open to a more mature person who would like to work school hours.
Either way, you will be willing to obtain aCertificate of Registration in Real Estate.
To be successful in this role you must have outstanding presentation, sound computer skills and a 'can do' attitude.
Willing to learn and able to multi-task, the successful applicant will be able to present quality information to our clients and Sale & Leasing team.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls & emails
- Meeting and greeting clients
- General administration duties and provide support to the Property Management team
- Maintain stationery stock levels
To be considered for this role you will possess:
- Willingness to obtain a Certificate of Registration (possible Traineeship available)
- Well groomed & professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confident, friendly & happy manner
- Strong computer skills
- Reliable & punctual
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
