Essential characteristics for a successful Salesperson:
- Minimum 12 months in Real Estate
- A current Agent's Representative certificate
- A Car & Drivers Licence
- Ambition to succeed
- Patient, positive attitude and great people skills
- Self-motivated, knowledgeable and self-disciplined
