We have an opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Trainee. If you are looking to commence your sales career in the automotive industry, this is the role for you! Primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting prospective customers with vehicle enquiries.
- Achieving weekly, monthly and annual performance goals, sales targets and KPIs.
- Developing and maintaining good customer relations which lead to effective sales outcomes and high rates of long-term customer retention.
- Effectively guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish.
- Managing customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Meeting various targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining the Vehicle Yard and Showroom presentation, personal workstation and personal appearance.
- Uploading vehicle photos and replying to enquiries through online advertising channels as needed.
What we are searching for:
- Previous sales experience will be highly regarded, but is not necessary!
- Provisional or higher drivers licence essential.
- The proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and close a sale.
- Enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work well in a team and add to a great working culture.
- A passion for the automotive industry.
- The ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously.
