The Position:
We are currently seeking a highly self-motivated, determined, and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team and take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new listings and sales.
- Engage in social media promotion.
- Collaborate to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct cold calls and book appointments.
- Manage databases and prospects for new business.
- Assist at Display Suites and inspections.
Skills and Experience:
- Possession of a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, with CBD experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Email, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Exceptional customer service skills and presentation.
- Previous experience in sales (desirable, but not essential).

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.
- Full-Time position, five days including one weekend with RDO supplied.
