Established for over 40 years, our client is a much loved, household name in the Inner West, starting as a small family business they now employ close to 50 staff, making them one of the largest independent offices servicing their market.
Working closely with the sales team and directors this role offers plenty of variety, day to day your role will include:
- Create marketing material for new properties coming to market
- Ensure prompt listing of properties on websiteEfficiently handle sales transactions and maintain client records
- Coordinate new listings, settlement tasks, and client appreciation gifts
- Aid agents with marketing inquiries and sales procedures
- Assist in team marketing initiatives and oversee social media accounts
- Address administrative concerns and enhance processes as necessary
- Draft meeting agendas, record minutes, and maintain meeting documentation
- A valid certificate of registration
- Minimum of two years' experience in Real Estate marketing is essential
- Work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Demonstrate strength in attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Agentbox, Real Time Agent, Campaign Track, Canva, and Podium is advantageous
