We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Assistant to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our Real Estate transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with client communications, coordinating property viewings, managing documentation, and providing general administrative support. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about Real Estate, highly organised, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales agents with day-to-day tasks and client management
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings and open houses
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts and agreements
- Update and maintain property listings on various platforms
- Communicate with clients, providing information and support as needed
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and campaigns
- Conduct market research to support sales activities and client needs
- Ensure all client interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Real Estate or a related field is preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Real Estate software (e.g., CRM systems)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- A current Real Estate certificate or licence is a plus
