Key responsibilities:
- Assist administratively by organising inspections, creating marketing schedules, appointment setting and managing the database
- Coordinate property listings to guarantee accurate information across multiple platforms
- Act as a liaison among stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and optimal service for clients
- Draft sales contracts, agreements and other necessary paperwork in accordance with regulations
- Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns and events to promote properties and attract potential buyers
- Provide exceptional and memorable service across all client interactions
- Social Media Management
- Assist at open homes and auctions
