A mature-minded Administrative Assistant sought for a dynamic Real Estate office!

Due to our growing business we are seeking someone who is highly organised and motivated, has great administration skills and excellent attention to detail to work within our sales administration team with a primary focus on supporting our rural team with their day to day administration and tasks, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service is achieved.
Qualifications and experience:
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure; both independently and within the team
- Computer/keyboard skills and the ability to quickly learn new programs (experience with the Google Suite together with Microsoft is beneficial)
- A Real Estate registration certificate and current drivers licence is a requirement
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Assisting salespeople with listing searches and information together with marketing proposals
- Liaising with media agencies to book and prepare advertisements for sale properties
- Preparation of marketing materials and content for social media in conjunction with the salespeople and the sales administration Marketing Manager
- Liaising with salespeople and solicitors to create clauses for draft contracts
- Setting up of room for rural auctions, bidder registration and contract completion post sale
- Assisting with the administration for Clearing Sales, attending sales to assist with bidder registration and office duties, working with the Financial Controller post sale for finalisation
- Organising rural sales meetings and taking minutes
- General administration tasks under the direction of the sales administration team, using our existing platforms and procedures
The role is full time - 5 days per week, with some Saturday's as required for Clearing Sales.
