About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has experience in Drafting to provide Sales and Technical Administration support to our Sales and Operations Teams.
We are seeking someone who is solution focused, meticulous, able to work to tight deadlines and has good computer skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviewing sales paperwork to ensure council and developer requirements.
- Reviewing developer covenant requirements.
- Maintaining all requests meet the company building policies including structural plan changes.
- Reviewing house site plans, setbacks against council requirements (NSW and QLD)
- Confirming driveway gradients and compliance
- Provide effective communication with sales team to resolve issues in the quickest and most efficient manner.
- Accurately entering data entry for workflow.
- Maintaining and enforcing that all paperwork provided by sales is at a high quality and high level of accuracy.
- Providing continued feedback and participate and contribute to an effective and productive team environment.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Construction industry (essential)
- Background in either contract presentation, sales estimating or drafting (preferred)
- Revit or Autocad experience (preferred but not essential)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Analytical and efficient problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Well demonstrated organisational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well with minimal direction and use initiative
- Consistently maintain a high standard of work
