At SAL Real Estate we offer our clients a professional and personalized service in the marketing and selling of residential, lifestyle, commercial and rural Real Estate including Property Management. Our successful and experienced teams cover the South East of South Australia.
We are currently looking to expand our Real Estate team. We’re therefore offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced licenced Real Estate Sales Consultant, with previous success in the field to join our Mount Gambier Real Estate Team.
About the Opportunity:This role will report to the Real Estate Sales Manager and be based out of our Mount Gambier office. With well-established resources and support you will perform a hands-on role where you will:
- Work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to source leads, drive listings and sales for residential, lifestyle, commercial and rural properties in the Mount Gambier and surrounding areas
- You will ensure that a high level of customer service and support is delivered to all customers throughout the sales process.
- Manage buyer enquiries, performing property appraisals and negotiating agreements
- Working collaboratively with cross functional teams, you will build market intelligence to develop sales and marketing strategies that are relevant to the local market
- You will be supported by our sales administration team to ensure seamless sales transactions
- Oversee the contract to settlement process managing the clients’ expectations all the way to handover and beyond.

About you:
To be successful, you will demonstrate the ability to engage with and build solid, long-term customer relationships and success achieving optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
- You will be a self-motivated salesperson, strong negotiator and driven to succeed and achieve tangible results.
- Your previous success selling Real Estate is ideally developed within the residential and lifestyle segment.
- If you are a high performing sales professional from a different field, then we would love to hear from you too.
- Commercially savvy in your approach, professional in your presentation, you demonstrate integrity in your dealings.
- Sound computer skills and knowledge
- A current Real Estate Sales Licence is required.
- A SA Driver’s License and modern vehicle are required for this role.
