About you:
To be successful in this role you will be a motivated self starter, organised and have great energy!
The successful candidate will need to have a current driver’s licence and your own car with a current agent's representative certificate – previous Real Estate knowledge and/or administrative experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities of the role include (but are by no means limited to);
- Attending 'Open For Inspections' & private inspections
- Assisting with phone & email inquiries
- Conducting Buyer Follow Up via telephone and email.
- Writing follow-up reports to vendors
- Preparing property reports
- Database management
- Vendor & purchaser liaison
- Contract preparation & solicitor liaison
- Processing new listings and advertising schedules
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting with marketing campaigns
- Coordinate and meet with third party trades to get homes on market and at the final settlement stage.
- Prepare and process sales files and assist with ongoing sales file requirements
- Proof all marketing and launch properties online
