Job Description:

As a Real Estate Sales Agent/Admin at Starr Partners Rouse Hill, you will play a vital role in our team, helping clients navigate the Real Estate market while achieving your financial goals.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Property Identification: Identify potential properties that meet clients' criteria and arrange viewings, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Negotiation: Negotiate offers on behalf of clients to secure the best deals, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.

Market Expertise: Stay current with market trends, pricing, and local Real Estate developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new clients through various prospecting methods, including cold calls, door knocking, and networking.

Property Promotion: Create and execute effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers or renters.

Administration: Be organized and keep up to date with paperwork and admin load.
 

Qualifications:

·         A burning desire to excel in the Real Estate industry.

·         Tenacious and persistent, with a willingness to go the extra mile.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.

·         A valid Real Estate license or the willingness to obtain one.

·         Familiarity with local Real Estate market trends is a plus.
