Job Description
Are you looking for a rewarding and fulfilling role in a dynamic and supportive environment? Look no further! headspace Dandenong is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Reception/Administration Officer to join our team.
As our Reception/Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Meet and greet clients, members of the public, staff, and other professionals with the highest standards of customer focus
- Handle all incoming customer queries and correspondence in a courteous, friendly manner
- Undertake any ordering or administrative functions associated with running the centre
- Assist in the coordination and maintenance of building and equipment
- Coordinate the booking and set up of meeting/training/board rooms, including catering requirements
- Perform data entry of client information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Reconcile Medicare income and manage Medicare Benefit Schedule (MBS) income
- Work in partnership with the Youth Health Clinic Practice Team Leader to create and maintain medical records for all clients
- Collaborate with other staff members, sharing knowledge and expertise in a professional manner to promote a harmonious working environment

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in an office environment, preferably within a medical or health setting
- A vibrant and engaging personality demonstrating your ability to create positive and welcoming environments for clients
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
- Demonstrated experience or interest in working with young people
