Permanent Part-Time Position (3 days per week, 9am - 3.30pm)

The School Services Administration OfficerUniform Liaison and Reception will form part of the St Patrick’s College Administration team, being the main point of contact with the College's outsourced uniform retailer but will also support the Front Reception of the College.
The School Services Administration OfficerUniform Liaison and Reception must be professional, proactive, punctual and efficient in all duties.

- St Patrick's College will screen initial applications and select applicants who will progress to video interview stage
- Video Interview link will be emailed to selected applicants
Step 3: Panel Interview
- St Patrick's College will select applicants who will progress to panel interview stage
- Panel interview will be held at St Patrick's College
Step 4: Reference Checking
- Following panel interview, preferred candidates will be referenced checked
Step 5: Appointment
- Interviewed applicants to be notified of outcome by phone and email
