An average day working as Receptionist and Agent Support will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all Customers, Clients & Colleagues.
- Receive and delegate incoming calls with knowledge and confidence.
- Manage and maintain the meeting rooms bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep.
- Preparing Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents.
- Providing support to our sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
- Contributing to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum of 1 years working in an administrative / reception position.
- 12 months’ experience working in the residential real estate industry is desirable.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, ‘how can I help’ attitude with the ability be to be adaptable to change.
- Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
