Customer Support Agent for Pushys/Bikebug
Adventure Online (Pushys and Bikebug) is one of Australia’s largest online retailers of Bikes & Mountain Biking and Cycling clothing, parts and accessories. Based in Darra, Brisbane with a large distribution centre dedicated to delivering industry leading customer service, large product range and super fast delivery. We service both the Australian and International markets from this location.
We have an opportunity to expand our Online Customer Support team and are looking for a new Support Agents/Representative. The ideal individual has good knowledge of all things cycling and associated equipment/brands and a desire to help people fulfil their cycling ambitions. This is not your typical call centre role and every day is different.
Objectives of the Online Customer Support position:
- Liaise directly with customers to provide knowledge, support and service
- Assist in customer acquisition and retention
- Problem solving customer issues
Skills and Qualifications
- A good level of knowledge on cycling equipment is desired but not essential.
- Retail or customer service experience an advantage
- Computer skills and be proficient in applications like Word and Excel
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a dedicated skilled team and share duties as required
- Must have excellent English skills, both verbal and written and a good phone manner.
