Place Graceville has an exciting opportunity available for a passionate candidate to join their fun and supportive office as a Receptionist & Agent Support. Working in the customer service team, you will play a crucial part in the front-of-house operations and provide high-end customer support to our clients.
Previous real estate experience is not necessary, as we are eager to provide plenty of training to the right candidate! Previous experience working in a fast-paced reception or customer service position is highly regarded. The successful candidate will have impeccable phone manner, a bubbly, welcoming personality and strive to go above and beyond to continuously improve the customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all customers and colleagues;
- Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
- Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable;
- Organise and coordinate the external and internal mail;
- Support both sales and property management teams in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
- Contribute to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
- A minimum of 6 months previous experience in administration or reception (desirable);
- Confident and outgoing nature with the drive to go above and beyond;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience using Office 365 is necessary;
- Have the ability to manage high-pressure situations with ease;
- Professional presentation; and
- The desire to grow, develop and value-add within a team environment.
