Due to a recent internal promotion, we are looking for a Corporate Receptionist & Agent Support to join our fun, supportive team! This role supports our James Street Office front of house operations and provide a 6-star service to all external and internal clients.
This is a busy reception desk with a broad range of duties including working with the other Head Office departments to assist with meeting deadlines and providing sales administrative support to high-performing agents within our New Farm office. This is a full-time role working Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 5:30pm.
No two days will be the same and we want to empower you with knowledge so you can be innovative, and solutions focused for both internal and external Place people.
An average day working as Corporate Receptionist & Agent Support will include:
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all Customers, Clients & Colleagues
- Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge (including overflow calls from other offices)
- Manage and maintain the James Street meeting rooms bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep
- Communicate and maintain relationships with regular trades and suppliers
- Work closely and collaboratively with the other Corporate Receptionist
- Uphold the utmost confidentiality to information you have access to
- Manage the parking bollards and the set up/ pack down of events and training seminars
- Assisting with the preparation of Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents
- Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
- Contribute to the role with new ideas and identify new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
- Previous reception and administration experience is ideal
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a customer facing role
- Confident and outgoing nature, and maintaining Professional presentation
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team evironment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Office 365 necessary, with experience in CRM software advantageous;
- Have the ability to manage multiple high-pressure situations with ease;
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to show initiative and be solution focused
