Form of workOur busy office is looking for its next superstar who is wanting to start/continue their career within The Department of Education in school reception, administration, and operations.
All levels of experience are welcome to apply with salary range and time fraction negotiable based on skill and qualifications. Although, experience in schools or a similar office environment & technology systems is preferrable. A background in CASES21, Compass and PAL is an advantage.
This role is reception based; however the correct applicant will hold sufficient initiative, focus and flexibility, that over time and with various forms of professional development opportunities, their professional capacity and load will increase and/or change.

Moe (South Street) Primary School is centrally located in the township of Moe, in the Latrobe Valley, Gippsland, Victoria. The school has a strong and proud reputation within the community and has a current enrolment of approximately 240 students. Over recent years, the school has received a significant investment in our buildings and facilities and offers modern learning spaces, including an indoor gymnasium, canteen, specialist classroom spaces and vast playground and oval spaces for students to socialize and play.

The Office is an integral cog of our school, working under the direction of the Principal and Business Manager in conjunction with all members of the school to achieve the goals and targets in the school¿s Strategic and Annual Implementation Plans.
Our Office team consists of a Business Manager, Student & Maintenance administrator who support our Grounds person, Daily Org, IT Coordinator, IT Tech, Canteen Manager and School Operations Group.
