This role offers the chance to make a real impact, supporting the Director and program leads with strategic initiatives, alumni connections, and program delivery. Collaborate in a high-performing team to strengthen Alumni Relations and propel the University's engagement strategy forward.Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service in AR Shared Service, aligning with university's alumni strategy.
- Assist Director in operational planning and coordination of alumni communities.
- Collaborate with faculty clusters and shared services teams for alumni engagement.
- Manage global alumni engagement programs, events, and finances efficiently.
You will be an ideal candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills honed in customer service roles, showcasing a dedication to delivering outstanding client experiences while handling sensitive information discreetly and professionally. You will draw on your superior written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills to liaise with diverse range of stakeholders.You will also have:
- Appropriate undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline together with moderate experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Excellent skills in juggling competing tasks and deadlines, demonstrating sensitivity and strong relationship-building skills across diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in a range of computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite, Event Management programs and experience using CRM systems.
The Advancement Office aims to facilitate the establishment and maintenance of mutually beneficial relationships between the University and its alumni, friends and benefactors.
