Reception/Audiology Support Administrator
Part Time (0.8 , 4 days per week)

The team plays a crucial role in shaping the initial perception of the clinic for every client who walks through the door. Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Office Manager, the Reception Audiology Support Administrator will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and promptly answer telephone inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments efficiently using HearAid Practice Management Software.
- Maintain and organise client records using HearAid Practice Management Software.
- Prepare files, hearing aids, and relevant materials prior to client appointments.
- Manage claims and voucher applications through the Hearing Services Program (HSP) Portal.
- Handle incoming mail and emails promptly and professionally.
- Assist in ordering hearing aids and arranging repairs under the direction of the Audiologist.
- Utilise Reckon accounting software for issuing accounts, collecting payments, and maintaining financial records.
- Perform minor repairs on clients’ hearing aids as needed.
- Understand and fulfill organisational responsibilities as an NDIS provider.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in office and reception areas.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and attend staff meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer software programs; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with Reckon accounting software is advantageous.
- Ability to perform minor hearing aid repairs.
- Understanding of NDIS provider responsibilities is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Services Victoria Worker Screening Check is mandatory.
