Your New Role
As a member of the Regional IS Services Team, the incumbent will handle various supporting and troubleshooting roles within the Asia Pacific region, including end-user IT support requests, server and network maintenance, and coordination with regional IT, vendors, and third-party support.
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced System Administrator Field Services / ServiceDesk Support to join our team on a full time basis located in our Tullamarine office.

- Handle end-user IT support requests and service calls with professional manners.
- Provide front line/end-user/remote support in IT-related issues.
- Support and maintain IT equipment, local area network, wide area network, and wireless network.
- Maintain documentations (inventory, etc.) of the IT-related services.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose IT incidents.
- Handle IT user creation/deletion requests.
- Handle/support/coordinate with regional IT, vendor, and third-party support.
- Align with HQ to maintain IT standard and compliance.
- Monitor and respond to system monitoring events.
- Liaise with level 2 and 3 and ensure that the IT infrastructure is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Liaise with all company staff to minimize any disruption caused by the unavailability of any required service.
Customer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.
What You Need
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:
- Diploma or higher in IT-related area.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in IT-related field.
- Experience in client-side support of MS Office 365 and Outlook.
- Basic network (Switch, Wifi, Internet) diagnostic skill, basic firewall knowledge is an advantage.
- Microsoft AD environment, IS system deployment experience is an advantage.
- Good and effective communication skills.
- Good sense of organization.
- Strong sense of understanding in case handling.
- Able to work independently and self-organize.
- Knowledge in Windows/Office 365/Cloud Application.
- Able to communicate well in English, Chinese is an advantage.
