We're a young, goal-driven team with the mission of providing a 5 star service whilst providing the most cost-effective solution to high quality Medical Cannabis in Australia. We don't want to be the everyday medical clinic, instead bringing relatability and friendliness mixed with a level of professionalism to simplifying the process for our patients.
We're currently looking for two superstars to join the Patient Support team, with slightly different responsibilities. Both roles will pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional care and support to our patients. Based in our Richmond office, you will be reporting directly to the Patient Success Manager and collaborating closely with our sales team to help support patients on starting their journey into plant based medicine. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their treatment journey with empathy and expertise.
(Please note: both roles are entry level roles and customer service/admin training will be provided on the job).
Position 1: Patient Support Coordinator
About the Role: As a Patient Support Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our patient communications, offering support and resolving queries through various channels including email, SMS, live chat, and phone calls. This role is perfect for those who have a knack for empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient queries and concerns via email, SMS, live chat, and phone calls.
- Provide accurate information and support to patients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Work closely with our clinical team to address and resolve patient issues.
- Advocate for patient needs and preferences, aligning with Easykind's values.
- Contribute to team discussions on improving patient care strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Patience and a positive, empathetic attitude towards patients.
Position 2: Patient Support Administrator
About the Role: As a Patient Support Administrator, you play a crucial role behind the scenes, ensuring our clinical software is up-to-date with accurate patient data and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a passion for organisation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately upload and manage patient data within our clinical software.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and record keeping.
- Support the Patient Support Team by providing necessary data and reports.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a high level of tech literacy.
- Eagerness to help people on their plant based medicine journey.
- Experience in data management or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting is a bonus, but not required.
