- Full-Time permanent position (this is not a contract position).
- You have relevant experience ideally 1-3 years, in a similar role.
- Full-time availability: you must be able to commit Monday-Friday.

- Proficiency in professional-level English is essential.

Provide front office support, administration and general office duties including but not limited to:
- Meet and greet new employees.
- Bright, bubbly and enthusiastic personality.
- Be confident, outgoing and confident to talk to a range of people.
- Take pride in your professional appearance, both personally and professionally.
- Responsible for the efficient and effective provision of administrative services to support the growth of the company.
- Work closely with the sales managers.
- Be proactive in the nature and can work independently with limited supervision.
- You will have superior attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to deliver results and adapt to shifting priorities.
- You will have expertise utilising various technologies and software.

- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide support to a team and embrace change and uncertainty positively.
- Experience working within a corporate environment.
