Reception Role

The Position

We were recently ranked as top 100 fastest growing companies in Australia by the Australian Financial Review and currently in a massive growth phase. Located in 7 countries and with over 140 employees in our team. We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of a casual receptionist role in our busy Forrestdale office. This is for an immediate start. 

 This will play an important role in our team and you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager daily.

Day to day duties

·         Data entry

·         Answering phones

-         Resolving customer enquiries 

·         Checking sales contracts and entry into systems

·         Contracts management

·         Solar applications to relevant bodies

·         General admin duties

·         Excellent time management skills 

·         Reliable and punctual (We want you to turn up to work and have the drive to make lots of money!)

·         Good with computers (word, excel, adobe etc.) & ability to touch type

Preference will be given to those that have previous office based experience with a range of Microsoft Office programs and have customer handling experience.

In addition to the above you must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role, have a current C class driver license, have your own transport and last of all you must absolutely love doing what you do. Working hours are casual hours between 8am to 5pm (Mon - Friday) with the possibility of going to full time hours
