An accounting firm based in Spearwood is looking for an office administrator/receptionist for an immediate start. Full time role and great overall work conditions. Would suit school leaver, preferably with some customer service experience.
About the role
The role is a great opportunity to learn or apply the many skills of working in office administration within an accounting environment.
The successful candidate will be provided with training and support and will be required to undertake the following tasks:
• General administrative tasks
• Handling telephone calls and taking messages
• The daily collection of mail and banking duties
• Office filing and document processing
• Diary management
• Assistance to other staff
• Customer service and liaison
• Use of word documents and recording data in spreadsheets
A suitable applicant for the office junior role will need the following:
• Completion of year 12 or equivalent
• Must have Drivers licence
• Good MS Office skills - Word and Excel
• An ability to be pleasant and confident on the phone
• Ability to work well with others
• A good attention to detail
• Must have neat and professional presentation
• Keen to be organised with good time management skills
The position is full time.
