Reception/Accounts Payable (AK7414)

My client is looking for a Reception/Accounts Payable person, for 2 of their sites in Melbourne

My clients have been in operation, in the paint and panel industry, for over 50 years. During this time, they have expanded from 1 site to multiple sites across Melbourne. A great opportunity has become available for a Reception/Accounts Payable person at 2 of their sites, located in central and outer eastern Melbourne.
During their time in operation, they have strived to build their reputation with both customers and staff. This is evident with the low turnover of staff. In turn, this ensures that happy staff are offering the best customer service to their clients.
This role will have you greeting customers, in person and over the phone, while completing the Accounts Payable/Receivable role for the site. You must be highly skilled in MYOB, whilst also having strong customer service skills. Your duties in this role will include, but not be limited to:

• Greeting customers over the phone and in person
• Taking bookings
• Answer and direct all calls to site
• Assisting customers with their enquiries
• Complete end of month P&L
• Assist Shop Manager with monthly reporting to head office.

In return you will be joining a positive workshop, with a commitment to their staff. You will be offered a strong remuneration package, negotiable based on your experience. The role based in Brooklyn, is a full-time position, however the Lilydale role, can be taken on a full or part time basis.
