Moss & Co have partnered with a Melbourne based, mid-tier Law firm on the recruitment of a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant opportunity. This role supports a Senior Associate and a Lawyer.
The firm are a large sized boutique, of around 80 staff members. Located in the heart of the CBD. The role provides support to a Senior Associate and a Lawyer, all of which work on a range of Litigation matters including debt recovery.
Responsibilities may include;

• Diary Management
• Client Liaison
• Email Management
• Document Management, assisting with preparing Legal documents
• Preparing & Lodging Court documents
• Billing (using Affinity)
• Other ad hoc administrative tasks from time to time

Ideally you will have previous experience in a Legal Support role, within Litigation & Disputes.
