Are you an organised person who loves administration, thrives in a busy team environment and enjoys working with lots of different people from different backgrounds and cultures?
Southern Cross is a well-established National Community Care organisation that cares for people of all ages who have a wide variety of physical, intellectual and age-related disabilities (such as spinal cord injuries, ventilator dependency, acquired brain injuries and dementia ).
We are seeking a mature-minded, resilient and empathetic person with the ability to think logically to in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
About the role:
- Full Time
- Main hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
- Providing administration support
- Ensuring the day to day upkeep of the National Contact Centre (located in Parramatta)
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Data entry
- Working in a team-based environment, supporting colleagues and ‘chipping in’ where required
- Adhering to policies, procedures and quality standards
- NDIS check required
Working in a highly supported environment, you will receive an in-depth orientation.
