EGBP Building Surveyors is a one of Gippsland’s longest serving Building Surveying companies, who provides a vast number of services to the public, including Building Permits, Planning Permit Applications, Essential Safety Measures for Commercial Buildings and Building Condition Reports.
An opportunity exists for a person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management skills, meticulous accuracy, and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet strict deadlines. Experience in the Building Industry is preferred but not essential.
The successful candidates must have:
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
- High attention to detail;
- QuickBooks/Reckon experience is desired;
- Demonstrated experience in an administration or receptionist position;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work as part of a team;
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate work, including the ability to establish priorities to meet deadlines and commitments.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
- Valid drivers licence, reliable transport and be willing to travel where required.
