About the role
The Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) is part of a large F&I team, working in collaboration with the Fleet Sales department to deliver finance and business solutions to our customers. The role will entail a business development component with the aim to source new customers, as well as manage an existing portfolio of fleet customers. This role will suit an experienced and driven Business Manage who has entrepreneurial skills and a customer-centric approach.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage existing portfolio of fleet F&I customers.
- Source new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Skills & Experience
- Previous F&I sales experience in the automotive industry highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and enthusiastic presentation.
- Results driven and customer-centric approach.
- Able to use Microsoft Office and software programs.
- Driver’s licence required.
