About the roleRole
We are looking for an individual to oversee our front desk, handling occasional calls or meet-and-greet duties, with a primary focus on administrative tasks and facilities support. Join us as an essential member of our nationwide Facilities team by becoming a Front Office/Facilities Support Officer. This is a permanent part-time position, two days a week based in Sydney.0
What you'll be responsible for- 💼 Purchasing and Vendor Management
Manage suppliers by negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing risks, and ensuring business needs are met
- ✅ Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights

Source and manage the tools, services, and processes that support the operations of the organization’s office and assets
