Our Service Centre teams are currently seeking to appoint a Support Officer to become a part of our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and providing positive customer outcomes. With a fast-paced environment and a commitment to teamwork, we're seeking a Support Officer to contribute to our success and growth.
As a Support Officer in our shared services team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective assistance. This position will see you working in a dynamic call centre environment, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to excel. We're looking for individuals who are team players, thrive under pressure, and are eager to tackle any challenge head-on.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for the triage, prioritisation and management of logged service requests and workflows to agreed service standards, ensuring escalation requests are assessed and actioned where required.
To be considered for this role you will need to be willing and able to adhere to a call centre rotating roster, understanding that you will be required to wear a headset and be available to answer and respond to phone calls and emails during the rostered hours.
About You

You will display a commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail, ensuring that sensitive information is handled within our policy and guidelines.
Bringing your excellent customer service and communication skills, you can effortlessly connect with customers through phone and email, responding to enquiries in an accurate, timely and efficient manner. You are comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously and bring a willingness to learn new systems and be challenged.
Previous payroll or finance knowledge is a bonus, along with displaying confidence to identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and the knowledge base to enhance the standard of service provided to customers.
