Introduction:
The Receptionist will be responsible for administrative duties, receiving calls and attending to walk in customers. You will oversee office supplies inventory and ordering of consumables.
There will be opportunity for this position to progress further into an Internal Sales role.
Location:
Maddington
Work Hours:
7:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday full time.
Start and finish times negotiable.
The successful applicant requires the following:
Experience within a reception or administrative position that had a range of products preferably in the building industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Outlook
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple detail oriented tasks
Well-developed analytical and decision-making abilities and able to work well autonomously and within a team
Experience using SAP – desirable
