We're looking for a warm, compassionate and dedicated receptionist to join our small, but growing team in our newly created space in Adamstown.
The role
You will be responsible for managing the diaries and scheduling for our team of psychologists.
You will provide support for our clients by assisting them with bookings, enquiries and payments.
The role will be a permanent part-time position 2-3 days per week, working from our Adamstown location.
What we're looking for
- A warm, compassionate person who can provide a first point of contact to clients in line with Lyt Health's approach to care.
- Experience working within the healthcare/medical industry is preferred.
- Management of Cliniko (Lyt Health's practice management software)
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $30-$40 per hour + super (based on the applicant's experience and skillset)
