Receptionist 

  • Employment Term: Permanent part-time permanent 22.8 hours per week 
  • Location: Bundaberg 
  • Remuneration: $63,649 (pro rata) + 11.5% Super + $15,900 Not for Profit Salary Packaging

Your part in our UnitingCare Community team

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Bundaberg team on a permanent part-time basis located at our River Terrace office. The purpose of this role is to deliver a range of reception and administrative functions to support the administration, management and operational team of the Family & Disabilities Service Stream. Day to day you will be responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, site WHS file keeping, general administration tasks and supporting the site manager.

What makes a difference for us

• Certificate II in Business Administration, Event Management or other relevant qualification; or similar experience
• Sound Microsoft Suite skills and knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial functions
• Current Drivers Licence
• Positive Blue Card
• Experience within health, aged care and/or community services sector and not-for-profit sector
