We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our currently expanding team. As an ideal candidate, you will be in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years' experience wanting to take on the next challenge in your career.
About the position
The purpose of this role is to assist the 360 Health Management team with day-to-day tasks. You must have exceptional customer service skills; attention to detail, time-management and problem-solving skills and must be highly organised.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Receptionist is our main point of contact for customers and visitors in the company - a welcoming attitude and smile is imperative.
- Answering phone, walk-in, social media and written enquiries.
- Deliver accurate, timely and responsive administrative support to the team.
- Display highest levels of professionalism whilst living and breathing 360 Health Management values and behaviours.
- Maintaining office systems.
- Assisting with IT enquiries.
- Managing our vehicles and equipment.
The position requires a highly organised person with excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Required to work well both independently and cooperatively as a member of a team, the position requires a person who displays self-discipline with the ability to avoid distractions and diversions in order to manage their own time effectively.
ABOUT YOU:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Reception / Administration Assistant role supporting senior level positions,
- Experience working within a diverse and fast-paced business environment.
- Qualification aligned to Business Administration or Community Services advantageous.
- Experience with arranging meetings, agenda’s and taking minutes.
- Sound knowledge of Phone, Printers & IT Equipment with ability to troubleshoot & resolve technical challenges.
- Strong presentation and MS Office suit skills.
- Display high levels of Emotional Intelligence and open to supporting the wider team at all times.
- Experience working within NDIS would be an advantage, or a background in Community Services/Disability sectors.
