You have a good past history of getting things done and adding value to previous groups you’ve been a part of. You like to help people and know you would have the patience to actively listen and clearly explain things to patients to ensure they feel cared for.
You’re good at following company protocols- motivating, encouraging or organising people to keep them on track with established plans so they get the intended results.
Ideally you have worked in the dental, real estate, healthcare or hospitality industry in a front office, assistant or customer service focused role where you achieved good results.
We’ll be providing you the widest range of training so you become multi-skilled across a few roles including role of receptionist & administration. You could even become our Treatment Coordinator if you can prove you have what it takes- responsible for the efficiency of the treatment schedules, ensuring patients are following and getting the best results from their treatment plans.
Although we don’t need you to have dental industry experience, to be long-term successful you do need to have an interest to develop your professional knowledge.

This is a full-time role, working an average of 38 hours per week across 4 weekdays of work and with Saturdays on rotation.
