Exciting Opportunity Available! Are you a skilled and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist looking to join a dynamic team at Victorian Bone and Joint Specialists? We are seeking a dedicated team player to work alongside top specialists in the field and contribute to the exceptional care we provide to our patients.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of medical administration tasks, including;
- running consulting sessions and patient appointments
- patient data entry / Gentu
- billing/ surgical billing
- triaging appointments and referrals
- managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- phone and email communication
- Medical typing experience would be advantageous
Effective communication, strong time management skills, and the ability to establish rapport with surgeons, patients, and their families are essential for success in this position.
